Taiyaki (鯛焼き , literally "baked sea bream") is a Japanese fish-shaped cake. The most common filling is red bean paste that is made from sweetened azuki beans. Other common fillings may be custard, chocolate, cheese, or sweet potato. 

Taiyaki London was created after falling in love with Taiyaki cakes during several trips to Japan. This delicious treat was no where to be found in London and after deciding to make it for ourselves, we realised that sharing this delicious and beautiful treat with fellow Taiyaki lovers and novices alike was only natural!
